Day 1 Departure Port – Hong Kong, China
Be blown away by the exhilaration of Hong Kong and its fascinating mix of East and West. Shop for silk, jade, souvenirs, fashions and high end goods in the markets and malls or take the funicular to the Peak for some spectacular views. Ride the historic Star Ferry from Hong Kong Island to Kowloon or experience a thrilling cable car ride to the impressive Big Buddha and the tranquil Po Lin Monastery on Lantau Island.

Day 2 At Sea
Sit back, kick off your shoes and put your feet up during our ‘at sea’ days, where you can chill in the bar, lounge by the pool or enjoy a relaxing beauty treatment in the spa. For simple pleasures, why not try a game of table tennis? Or if you’re feeling energetic, now’s the chance to explore all the amazing activities the ship has to offer, from spectacular, West-End-style entertainment to adrenalin-charged sports.

Day 3 Taipei (Keelung), Taiwan
Take an exhilarating high-speed elevator trip to the 89th floor of Taipei 101, one of the tallest buildings in the world. See ancient Chinese imperial artifacts and artworks at Taipei’s impressive National Palace Museum or indulge in the exotic flavours of the lively street food scene. Enjoy hiking and biking in the Yangmingshan National Park or marvel at the city’s richly decorated temples, such as the Confucius Temple.

Day 4 Hualien, Taiwan
Enjoy a river trip from Hualien to Taroko Gorge and the Golden Canyon to see beautiful gorges with lovely waterfalls and deep swimming pools. Take to two wheels to see the city’s sights up close, including the striking Chingszu Buddhist Temple, the Hualien Railway Cultural Museum with its renovated old railway, the Pine Garden, formerly a Japanese military control centre, and the Hualien County Stone Sculptural Museum.

Day 5 Taichung, Taiwan
Sip pearl milk tea in the cafes and markets of this vibrant city and enjoy the fragrant lavender and flowers in its lovely parks and gardens. Play with the interactive exhibits at the National Museum of Natural Science and live the past at the Taichung Folklore Park. Inland, visit Sun Moon Lake for stunning vistas of mountains and lakes or the forests of Sitou and Shanlinsi for gushing waterfalls and impressive bamboo.
