Personal Travel Advisor
Due to company expansion we have a vacancy for a Personal Travel Advisor. This exciting sales position
is very much suited to an individual who has an interest in the Far East, especially Japan, and is looking for a career path within travel and tourism. In return, we offer a rewarding salary, as well as training and the opportunity to be part of one of the UK’s leading Far East tour operators.

The role:

  • Dealing with sales enquiries from both travel agents and direct consumers via email and phone
  • Putting together quotations using our back office system
  • Develop excellent customer service skills
  • Ensuring clients’ expectations are exceeded
  • Work as an effective team member

Personal Requirements:

  • An interest in Japan
  • A positive outlook with “can do” attitude

Salary etc.

£20,000 – £22,000 +commission and bonus. Full training is provided. This position is permanent, working between the hours of 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday. Location is a 10 minute walk from South Wimbledon Tube Station.

 


 

Administrator

We are looking for a full-time Administrator to join our team successfully delivering holidays to China, Japan and Indochina. We offer a rewarding salary, as well as training and the opportunity to be part of one of the UK’s leading Far East tour operators.

The role:

  • Carry out a range of duties using our in-house Customer Relationship Management system
  • Provide great customer service
  • Answer enquiries helpfully and courteously
  • Support colleagues in other areas when required

Experience/knowledge:

  • Impeccable written and spoken English
  • At least 1 year office/admin experience
  • Ability to manage a busy email inbox
  • Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel

Skills:

  • Excellent time management and ability to multitask
  • Excellent people and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • The ability to work to deadlines
